Discount Tire

Buying tires is not usually an event that I would review. Today was an exception. Discount Tire in Fountain Hills, AZ gave me first class treatment. I found the Michelin tires that I wanted, online, for my Lexus RX350. I ordered them online on Thursday and scheduled installation for Saturday morning at 8am. I received a courtesy call from Austin on Friday morning confirming my appointment time, and that my tires were at the store. I arrived and found a parking spot reserved with my name and appointment time. Within an hour, I was leaving. I also had my (failed) tire pressure monitors replaced at 1/4 of the cost of the Lexus dealership quote, and an alignment. The waiting area was cool and clean, with cold bottled water available. If you need tires or service, I would recommend checking Discount Tire in Fountain Hills. This was my first visit, but it will not be my last. Great staff and atmosphere. Thank you!

This location is fantastic and normally I would give 5 stars. Always had a good experience. I bought four new tires yesterday and they offered to do a free alignment inspection. Didn't have time to do the alignment yesterday so I came back today. Waited an hour and 15 minutes for them to let me know that they don't have the right equipment to do my Jeep. Cause some vehicles require specialized equipment. I was polite, but really annoyed. Please train employees to recognize or have a list of vehicles that cannot have an alignment done there. Time is money, and mine was wasted today.

Came a few months ago, Mike helped me get an amazing deal on a whole set of tires! He was super nice and friendly, and kept a good attitude despite being busy. I came back in for tire replacement and got helped by Austin. He is the general manager and has the work ethic that not many have. He goes way above and beyond to make sure every customer is greeted with a smile and a warm welcome the second they step into his store. I wish we lived in a world where more managers treated their customers with this much care. He spent his entire time just trying to make the customers happy and help them as quickly as possible! I drive here from Mesa and LOVE this location!

Manager Austin was very professional and courteous. Great price on tires. Decided to have the alignment done and the technician took his time and made sure it was correct on my Mercedes. Took it off the rack and drove it 4 times after each time made adjustments until it was perfect. Exceptional Service.
